available to the issuer is assistance in the development of election promotional
materials including election brochures and news releases that explain the financing
and other key factors. When the Company is retained to assist with a financing that
requires voter approval, these services are part of the total package provided to
the client to the extent allowed by Missouri State law. We also possess expertise in
developing successful election strategies that we willingly share early in the process.
Our basic service is to help local governments borrow money on a tax-exempt
basis to meet their capital facilities and equipment needs. These are some of
